Lead Hydrogeologist with CIMA+

Shape the future of water management as a Lead Hydrogeologist at CIMA+. Your role focuses on driving innovative groundwater solutions in Ontario. As a member of CIMA+’s Earth and Environmental team, you will spearhead hydrogeological studies that ensure sustainable water supply. This position demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, essential for large-scale projects. Collaborating with engineers while nurturing the next generation of experts will be central to your impactful work. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical studies on groundwater supply and resource evaluations
- Design sophisticated groundwater supply systems and wells
- Create numerical flow models to project long-term sustainability
- Oversee complex field investigations, including aquifer tests
- Ensure the accuracy of technical reports and robust data analysis
- Master’s degree in Hydrogeology or similar discipline
- 10 years of groundwater project experience required
- P.Geo. designation or eligibility is preferred
- Effective communication and analytical skills required
- Proficient in hydrogeological software and tools
