Manager, Digital Platforms

GE HealthCare seeks a Manager of Digital Platforms to drive operational excellence across commercial digital platforms. The role focuses on platform stability, standardized processes, and cross-functional coordination to support customer lifecycle management from design through implementation and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational activities and continuous improvement of commercial digital platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Oversee customer lifecycle activities including pre-deal assessments, implementation readiness, and go-live coordination
- Develop and maintain repeatable execution models that improve delivery predictability
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Experience in digital platform operations, program management, or operational excellence roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project and program management practices
- Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-team communication
- Knowledge of AWS, cloud operations, or IT infrastructure governance preferred
