Vendor Management Advisor at GIRO

Lead vendor management initiatives at GIRO as a Vendor Management Advisor. Engage in contract oversight and negotiate terms to enhance public transport efficiency worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management, this role suits someone with at least five years of relevant experience. You will coordinate supplier contract documentation, ensure compliance with agreements, and actively participate in negotiations for renewals and new contracts. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and spending optimization, you'll drive improvements in procurement policies and strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation and execution of vendor contracts
• Track supplier compliance and performance metrics
• Develop insights for spending and contract renewals
• Assist in the tender and proposal processes
• Advise on supplier relations and procurement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in vendor management
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capability
• Proficient in tracking tools and document management
