Elevate UI/UX engineering at Citi's Fixed Income Trading platform. Lead development toward automated pipelines and resilient code on a globally recognized platform. Join Citi as a Lead UI/UX Engineer, where you will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance the Unified FITP application. Your expertise will guide the transition to smaller services while ensuring top performance, scalability, and testing standards are met. This role provides a unique chance to influence high-impact projects in the Fixed Income space. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system integration and enhancements for new products
- Develop robust, testable code aligned with specifications
- Analyze complex business processes to solve significant problems
- Enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Mentor mid-level developers and allocate tasks effectively
- 12+ years of experience in Application Development
- Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript (React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with Fixed Income products is advantageous
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Advanced knowledge of coding standards and system architecture
