Gibraltar Construction Senior Project Manager

You will guide multiple tenant improvement projects, spanning medical, office, retail, and financial sectors, from initial tendering to project close-out. Close collaboration with Site Managers ensures projects are completed successfully and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee various tenant improvement projects efficiently
- Work closely with Site Managers on-site
- Drive budget management, client relations, and project planning
- Ensure organized project execution and accountability
- Develop relationships with repeat clients to ensure project success
- At least 10 years in commercial project management
- Extensive experience with tenant improvement projects
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Comfortable handling budgets and risk management
- Self-driven and organized with minimal oversight required
