Remote Senior Change Manager Role

Lead transformative procurement change management remotely in Canada for a top retail company. This Senior Change Manager role is key in driving user adoption for major technology modernization initiatives. As a Senior Change Manager, you will oversee organizational change management delivery for a high-impact procurement transformation. Your responsibilities will include designing communication strategies, developing training content, and conducting stakeholder assessments across global teams. This role is vital for ensuring effective change adoption throughout the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communication production across all program releases
- Design training curricula for technology implementations
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and workflow mapping
- Coordinate global deployment activities and change champion networks
- Drive quality assurance for enablement deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years in change management, 3 in procurement roles
- Experience with enterprise procurement platforms like Coupa
- Hands-on ability to produce change content independently
- Proficiency in ADKAR or similar methodologies
