Instrumentation Technician Role at AtkinsRéalis

Embark on your engineering journey with AtkinsRéalis as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician in Montreal. Contribute your skills to impactful projects in a stimulating hybrid work setting. As part of AtkinsRéalis Engineering Services Canada, you will leverage your expertise to assist in various stages of project development across sectors like pharmaceuticals and energy. Your involvement will include defining control specifications, supporting design during engineering studies, and participating in commissioning checks. Team collaboration will be key as you work closely with experienced engineers and fellow technicians. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in site surveys and inspections to gather data
- Define client instrumentation and control requirements
- Prepare detailed project specifications and design documentation
- Design automation systems and select appropriate equipment
- Conduct tests and calibration during commissioning activities
- DEP in Instrumentation & Control or Automation
- Over 3 years of related work experience
- Familiar with platforms such as Aveva Wonderware and Schneider
- Proficient in AutoCAD, including AutoCAD Electrical
- Bilingual in French and English
