Role Description

We’re looking for motivated Insurance & Financial Advisors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in financial services , or add a flexible income stream, while helping families and business owners plan with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and current position
• Recommend insurance and financial solutions aligned with client needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay current on products, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• Represent Wisdom Connect’s values of clarity, structure, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Coachable, people-first mindset
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an asset, but not required
• Licensed advisors welcome; support provided for those pursuing licensing

Compensation
