Associate Director of Finance at RBC

Join RBC's Corporate Client Group Finance team as an Associate Director, overseeing corporate debt management and loan origination. Play a pivotal role in structuring and delivering credit products for mid-market clients. In this senior role, you will contribute to the objectives of CCGF by managing bank debt for a targeted customer base, including foreign multinational subsidiaries and Canadian companies. Your responsibilities include supporting loan structuring, preparing marketing pitches, and engaging with key stakeholders while using your financial modeling and analytical skills to drive success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of credit products to clients
- Structure and close syndicated and bi-lateral loan transactions
- Prepare marketing pitches for corporate loans
- Conduct financial modeling and due diligence for transactions
- Collaborate with clients and legal counsel for documentation
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
- Experience in corporate lending or finance preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail with legal document review
