About the Job
- As a Painter, you’ll be part of a crew completing projects from start to finish. Your day will involve hands-on work such as surface preparation, taping, priming, painting, and detailed clean-up to ensure high-quality results on every job.
Work is active and physical, with most projects completed on-site during daytime hours (8am-5pm). Jobs are typically split between 70% exterior and 30% interior, and involve lots of work on ladders (10-30ft up). You’ll work alongside a team that values efficiency, attention to detail, and respect for clients’ homes and properties. Clear expectations, organized job sites, and consistent communication help keep projects running smoothly.
No two days are exactly the same. You’ll gain experience working with different surfaces, coatings, and tools while building practical skills in a structured, professional environment. With training and support provided, this role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in visible results, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Requirements
- Access to a vehicle
- Available full time from start of May to end of August
- Working outdoors (hot/cold)
- Working in a team of 2-3 people all summer
Bonus Points
- Independence, after training painters will oversee their own job sites. I will always be available to help solve issues/answer questions but for the most part painters will complete jobs in the way they see fit from a sheet left with clear instructions on what to do.
- Possibility to carry ladders/equipment
- Has some painting experience (NOT REQUIRED, we provide training)
- Refer a friend! If they get hired, you can work with them on the same crew.
