These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role. Position Summary: The Marketing Automation Architect plays a key role in influencing the strategic and technical direction for the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams within Adobe Marketo Engage and the marketing automation ecosystem at PointClickCare. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Analytics & Marketing Technology, this role defines the vision, architecture, and governance of the marketing automation platform while enabling scalable, data-driven customer engagement across the buyer lifecycle. The role combines platform architecture, solution design, technical leadership, and strategic consulting, partnering with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, Analytics, and Product Marketing to keep the MarTech ecosystem scalable, reliable, secure, and positioned for future innovation.
