CANADA RESIDENTS ONLY We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of cloud solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Stakeholders and Architects to gather requirements, implement those requirements via automated platforms, implement security and compliance standards, and develop long-term cloud patterns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct implementation of cloud solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture standards, and develop cloud strategies
• Implement cloud environments that adhere to security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Implement highly available and fault-tolerant systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, and orchestration of cloud resources.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on key architectural patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native structures, microservices, containers, and serverless computing.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 6+ Years of experience on cloud platforms, with a proven track record.
• Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services, not limited to compute, storage, networking, database, and security
• Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation, ARM, or Bicep
• Experience with configuration management platforms such as Ansible, GitHub Actions, BitBucket Pipelines.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD Pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect
