Marketing Operations Coordinator for 3DX

Become a vital part of Epic Inspired's marketing team as a Marketing Operations Coordinator for 3DX in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives and outreach to drive project success across North America. As a coordinator, you will play an essential role in the seamless execution of marketing and business development efforts for the 3DX visualization platform. Utilizing your 5 years of experience, you’ll ensure campaigns, materials, and outreach efforts align with company goals. Attention to detail and structured execution will be key to turning plans into success. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing initiatives in line with leadership direction
• Prepare marketing materials for email campaigns and trade shows
• Work with external vendors for timely assets delivery
• Maintain CRM accuracy for leads and opportunities
• Coordinate follow-ups for demo bookings Requirements:
• 5 years in marketing coordination or operations
• Support for email campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
