Job Responsibility:
Receptionist (Temporary Full-Time)
This position is a Temporary Position covering a Maternity leave.
Start Date: late April, early May 2025
Duties:
-Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical office
-Answering phone calls and emails
-Booking appointments on EMR
-Managing work-flow in the clinic
-Ordering Supplies
Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional and friendly
-Good multi-tasker
-Good organizational abilities
-knowledgeable of technology
-proficient to Practice Solutions EMR
-Experience in a medical clinic
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm
