Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Insurance Broker to join our energetic Brampton team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll analyze markets, secure competitive policies, and build long-term client relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Income Potential: $60K–$150K

Benefits: Medical, health, and dental plans available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, applications, renewals
• Build and grow a strong book of business via referrals, networking, and digital outreach
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions
• Apply underwriting guidelines for accurate, compliant policies
• Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
• Deliver exceptional client service by resolving inquiries promptly
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
• Develop and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) to support lead generation

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid RIBO/OTL license required
• Experience in personal and/or commercial lines is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBroker and Applied Rating Services experience a plus
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently
• Skilled at building relationships with COIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
