As Director of Project Management & Client Coverage, shape fintech implementations that deliver exceptional results. Brim Financial seeks a Director, Project Management & Client Coverage, to oversee large-scale digital banking implementations and client communication. You will engage with senior stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution by managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams. This position is essential for driving client satisfaction and portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities:

Direct complex digital banking project implementations
Manage scope, risk, and timelines effectively
Communicate project status to clients and executives
Track client portfolio health and satisfaction
Lead post-issue reviews with actionable insights

Requirements:

5-7+ years in consulting or project management
Experience managing fintech or banking projects
Proven relationship management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication in technical and business contexts
