Analyze emerging trends and operational performance across Kraken.As a Senior Data Analyst, Compliance, you will partner with Compliance to turn requirements into reliable detection logic. You will manage datasets, pipelines, dashboards, and insights supporting transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals. The work includes evaluating rules, investigating root causes, and guiding measurable operational improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Own transaction monitoring logic and rule-setting across deposits and withdrawalsTranslate compliance requirements into accurate production detection logicDevelop Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data workflowsEvaluate detection coverage, alert quality, and threshold sensitivityDeploy, monitor, and support detection workflows and alert integrationsRequirements:
Seven or more years in data analysis, science, or managementExperience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or gamblingStrong Python, SQL, statistical, and production systems experienceExperience with dbt, orchestration, testing, version control, and CI/CDBased in Canada, the United States, or Brazil;
fluent EnglishApply senior data analysis, Python, SQL, and compliance expertise to strengthen transaction monitoring at Payward.
