Automotive Accessories Sales Representative

Tiger Automotive is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. Duties
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on automotive accessories and services
Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and warranty claims
Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
Help maintain and organize inventory in the showroom
Coordinate with the Install Technicians and build work orders for installations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales, parts, or service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to understand technical products or services is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills (ERP systems experience is an asset)
A valid drivers license is required
Availability to work Saturdays
