DSW OR PSW part time in-home support for adult male 31 years with Mild Intellectual Delay

I’m looking for a caring, reliable DSW or PSW to provide part-time, live-out support for my 31-year-old son, who has a mild intellectual disability. I’m hoping to find someone who can make a long-term commitment, starting around October 21, 2026. The role includes helping with his morning routine (shower, shave, prepare breakfast, sit with him during meals, brush teeth) before he leaves on Wheel-Trans, which arrives around 7:45–8:10 a.m. Afternoon support includes greeting him when he returns from his program, going for walks or visiting our building’s gym, preparing dinner, and helping him wash up and brush his teeth - pre bed routine.. Light housekeeping, dishes, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and some pet care are also part of the role. I need coverage for three shifts a week: Tuesday morning and afternoon, and Wednesday afternoon, for fewer than 20 hours per week. An additional morning shift or occasional coverage when his primary PSW is away may also be available. A driver’s licence is not required. Experience with high functioning young adults with developmental delays a must. Also, consistency, reliability and a long term commitment. Hours: Tuesday's 7am-8:30am + 3:45pm-7:45pm = 5.5 hours Wednesday: 3:45pm-7:45pm = 4 hour Total weekly hours = 9.5 hours Possibility of an additional 1 -2 AM shifts during the week.
