Ontario Powerline Construction Manager Role

Join Ledcor as a Powerline Construction Manager in Ontario and spearhead construction operations across multiple projects. Use your leadership to drive performance, safety, and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure all crew members are well-supported in meeting safety standards and project goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Equip project superintendents for success with necessary resources
- Actively promote safety through regular discussions and meetings
- Develop and maintain complex project schedules
- Collaborate with estimating teams for effective planning
- Provide guidance to project staff across various teams
- 15+ years in powerline construction management
- Completed relevant education or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of contract interpretation and construction practices
- Proven leadership with a focus on teamwork and motivation
- Prior experience in industrial or mining projects is an asset
