Enhance clinical services as a Program Consultant with Mackenzie Health, focusing on behavioural assessments and treatment recommendations. Engage with mediators to foster skill promotion through effective program development. In this role, you will leverage your clinical knowledge to create, implement, and evaluate behaviour intervention programs for individuals with various needs. The position also includes training mediators and developing educational resources for community agencies and parents, promoting an understanding of effective behaviour management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and recommendations
- Design and implement behaviour management strategies
- Supervise and train mediators in intervention techniques
- Develop educational sessions for community organizations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle for travel
- Experience in clinical behaviour therapy required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient and staff safety protocols
