Senior Data Analytics Manager At Medline Canada

In this senior role, you will develop the overarching strategy and roadmap for Medline Canada's data platform and analytics solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders across Canadian and US operations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to establish Microsoft Fabric-based platforms supporting operational reports, executive decisions, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement data strategy and governance - Lead architecture and operations of data platforms - Establish scalable data ingestion, transformation, and modelling practices - Oversee integration from SAP, CRM, eCommerce, and other systems - Deliver governed data products using Power BI dashboards
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience - Extensive experience in data platforms and analytics - Proven leadership of technical teams in large organizations - Strong grasp of cloud data platforms and governance - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and data architecture
