Finance Data Analytics Manager
BC Hydro
Lead Finance data analytics, governance, and AI initiatives for BC Hydro in Burnaby through a hybrid work model. Shape measurable business outcomes.As Finance Manager 2, you will support BC Hydro Finance’s enterprise data strategy across the Lower Mainland. You will oversee action plans, guide analysts and data specialists, and coordinate with Technology partners and business stakeholders. The work spans reporting, automation, analytics modernization, planning, forecasting transformation, and AI enablement.Key Responsibilities:
Develop Finance’s enterprise data strategy and measurable outcomesOversee milestones, resources, priorities, and strategic initiativesAdvance analytics, automation, and emerging AI opportunitiesLead Finance data governance and quality practicesCoach analysts, specialists, leaders, and team membersRequirements:
Seven-plus years of related work experienceThree-plus years of leadership experienceStrong data governance, reporting, automation, and AI understandingExcellent planning, analytical, communication, and relationship skillsSAP experience is requiredBring strategic leadership, data governance, analytics, and SAP experience to BC Hydro’s Finance transformation agenda in Burnaby.
