The Opportunity
Love negotiations, building partnerships, and driving results? We're looking for a strategic Category Manager to join our Procurement team and help us partner with vendors to deliver cutting-edge products and services.
What You'll Own
- Sourcing strategy: From spend analysis to RFx creation to supplier selection
- Contract management: Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements that drive value
- Vendor relationships: Ensure suppliers deliver on commitments and hit performance targets
- Data & insights: Analyze spend patterns, track savings, and inform business decisions
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on sourcing decisions and strategy
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of procurement experience
- Expertise in category management
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Ariba, SAP, Google Suite)
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication and project management skills
- SCMP/MBA is a major bonus
