Key Responsibilities – CRM Functional Consultant
As a CRM Functional Consultant, you utilise your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
- Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI Solutions
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- Assist in sales activities and planning as required
- Travel as needed; you will be required to travel based on project requirements
Key Responsibilities – Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Solution Architect
As a Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Solution Architect at Avanade, you will lead delivery engagements, providing expert services to solution and deliver large complex deals that span multiple technologies and offerings, including AI.
- Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects using both traditional waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- Lead and assist with pre‑sales engagements, meeting tight timelines
- Leverage technical expertise to Architect, Design and Implement D365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions; you will also be required to be hands‑on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery
- Assess client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions
- Design Conceptual and Technical architectures
- Ensure project quality meets high technical standards
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- Support the team in defining technical, non‑functional and operational requirements
- Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision‑making related to work process
- Travel as needed; you may be required to travel based on pre‑sales and project demands
