ATB is seeking an Enterprise Architect CRM Strategy to craft the technology strategy and roadmap for CRM systems. You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate capabilities, identify cost efficiencies, and guide architecture across the enterprise. Strong communication and leadership in CRM domains are required.You will drive governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment to deliver customer-focused CRM capabilities and digital transformation across the organization.
