Description: a) Assist in grading assignments; b) proctoring final exam; c) invigilate tests and exams as required; d) holds tutorials and office hours; e) other duties as assigned. You are required to be in person.

Qualification:  Completion of a graduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management or a social science discipline is required (e.g., psychology, economics). Prior experience as a teaching assistant and significant prior and recent experience as a teaching assistant for RSM260 is required. Prior experience teaching management-related courses is preferred. Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of the posted position.  

Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

Sessional dates of appointment: Sep 1, 2026 - Dec 30, 2026
