Community Engagement Manager at MedSleep

Elevate community health initiatives as a Community Engagement Manager with MedSleep in Victoria, BC. Leverage strategic partnerships and enhance referral processes to boost sleep health services. MedSleep is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to support its mission of improving lives through better sleep. This temporary role, covering maternity leave, focuses on engaging healthcare professionals to drive referrals and cultivate strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills and a robust understanding of healthcare processes. Key Responsibilities:

Drive referrals from family physicians for sleep disorder diagnosis
Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations and pharmacies
Conduct presentations and lunch-and-learns for providers
Liaise between clinical teams and referring providers
Attend local healthcare networking events to represent MedSleep

Requirements:

3+ years in sales or provider relations in healthcare
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven strategic thinking in outreach planning
