Lead Driver / Crew Lead - Moving Trucks - Vancouver

About the Role

Burly Boyz Moving is hiring experienced commercial drivers to lead our moving crews. As a Driver / Lead Mover, you'll operate our fleet of 3-ton, 5-ton, and 7-ton trucks, oversee crews on-site, and make sure every customer's belongings arrive safely and on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll do more than drive: you'll direct the crew, work alongside them loading and unloading, and serve as the main point of contact for customers on moving day. If you're a safe, confident driver who enjoys staying active and taking ownership of the job, we want to hear from you.
