Youth Unlimited Area Director Role

Become an Area Director with Youth Unlimited Chesterville to drive community engagement and youth development. Focus on personal growth addressing comprehensive youth needs. In the role of Area Director for Eastern Counties Ontario Youth for Christ, you will help implement strategies for cultivating safe and healthy communities for youth. Your mission will revolve around supporting youth holistically—emotionally, socially, and spiritually. You will be tasked with securing financial and prayer partnerships essential for this role, receiving mentorship throughout your support-raising journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing healthy community initiatives focusing on youth
- Foster individual growth by addressing diverse youth needs
- Secure essential financial and prayer partners for sustainability
- Nurture loving and caring relationships within communities
- Participate in coaching for effective leadership
- Strong focus on youth development and empowerment
- Experience in building partnerships for support
- Relevant experience in community service or youth programs
- Willingness to perform fundraising activities for support
- Driven by passion for youth welfare
