Provide technical support to customers and staff

Requirements:

University degree or College diploma in Computer Science
Minimum one year of field experience in IT support
Strong English and French communication skills
Knowledge of VPNs, routers, and MS Active Directory
Strong work ethic and dedication to problem resolution
