Step into a leadership position at Sally Beauty Canada as an Assistant Store Manager. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll directly support the Store Manager and take charge of store duties when they are absent. Your focus will be on driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring that every customer enjoys a unique beauty experience. You’ll maintain a safe environment while motivating your team to excel and meet sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations and strategy
- Manage and inspire team to enhance customer service
- Drive store sales and manage inventory effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies
- Keep the store visually appealing and organized
- Minimum 3 years customer service/retail experience
- At least 1 year in sales management
- Cosmetology license is advantageous
- Age 18 or older required
- Strong passion for hair and beauty industry
