AtkinsRéalis is dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and its people. ## **Your role** * Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models into federated project models.* Perform model coordination, clash detection, and issue management.* Maintain federated models in accordance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).* Lead BIM coordination meetings, document actions, and follow up on resolutions.* Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of BIM deliverables.* Collaborate with project teams to improve coordination and project outcomes.* Support BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery processes.* Track coordination progress and help mitigate BIM-related project risks.* Prepare coordination reports, model reviews, and project deliverables.* Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.* Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM processes and coordination activities. ## **About you** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination or digital project delivery.* Experience on infrastructure, transportation, rail, or civil projects.* Strong experience managing federated models and multidisciplinary coordination.* Experience with clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination reporting.* Experience supporting BIM quality assurance and information management.* Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEPs, and ISO 19650 principles.* Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows and model management.* Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and collaborative project delivery.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.* Ability to identify workflow improvements and promote best practices.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.* Proactive and solution-oriented.* Organized and detail-oriented.* Strong communicator and team player.* Adaptable and eager to learn.* Professional and client-focused.* English required (spoken and written).\\** French is an asset. ***\\*** This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.* ## **Rewards & benefits** Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.Enjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a brilliant range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.Make the most of diverse opportunities for training and professional development to grow your skills and expertise.And take advantage of our hybrid working culture and generous time-off policies to balance a fulfilling career with your personal life.Be rewarded.
