Your role

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models into federated project models.
• Perform model coordination, clash detection, and issue management.
• Maintain federated models in accordance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, document actions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of BIM deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve coordination and project outcomes.
• Support BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery processes.
• Track coordination progress and help mitigate BIM-related project risks.
• Prepare coordination reports, model reviews, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM processes and coordination activities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination or digital project delivery.
• Experience on infrastructure, transportation, rail, or civil projects.
• Strong experience managing federated models and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination reporting.
• Experience supporting BIM quality assurance and information management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEPs, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows and model management.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and collaborative project delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Ability to identify workflow improvements and promote best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $ 70 000 à 118 200 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
