What We’re Looking For

We are interested in connecting with professionals who possess:

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in application or related IT support role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom business apps)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation or PowerApps.
• Proficiency in Databases & SQL and ability to write queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in scripting and automation.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Experience with cloud‑based applications and services.
• Ability to follow procedures and document technical issues clearly.
• Experience with some system administration and second‑level support.
• Basic understanding of networking and scripting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Work indoors.
• May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens.
• May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
• Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature standards.

Physical Requirements

• Standing involved.
• May repeat the same movement.
• Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel‑toed safety shoes/boots, and beard nets.
• Ability to bend or twist body.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
