Strategic Finance Associate Corporate Development

Build advanced financial models at Waabi while supporting corporate development and strategic finance across Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, or Pittsburgh. Help translate Physical AI progress into rigorous decisions.As an early Strategic Finance and Corporate Development Associate, you will support high-visibility workstreams for Waabi, a Physical AI leader. Your work will span financial modeling, long-range planning, business cases, deal execution, and investor communications. You will help establish foundational FP&A frameworks as the company scales.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiativesSupport long-range planning linking research milestones with growth objectivesDevelop business cases for partnerships and growth opportunitiesContribute to deal modeling, structuring, and due diligencePrepare board materials and investor communicationsRequirements:
Three to five years in banking, equity, or strategic financeAdvanced financial modeling skills emphasizing accuracy and scalabilityAbility to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversightClear, concise communication for executive audiencesGenuine interest in Physical AI and autonomyApply financial modeling, strategic finance, and corporate development expertise to Waabi’s Physical AI growth and long-term planning.
