Corporate development professionals with financial modeling and M&A expertise can shape RBC’s inorganic growth strategy globally. This high-exposure role supports strategic initiatives across the Bank.As an Associate, you will assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities. You will support mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures while developing financial analyses, business cases, and recommendations. The role requires communication with senior leaders, external advisors, counterparties, and target companies.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare strategic analyses of potential RBC growth areasBuild forecasts, merger models, valuations, and synergy assessmentsCoordinate transactions and lead due diligence effortsDevelop recommendations for executives and the BoardSupport inorganic growth plans across business functionsRequirements:
University degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or engineeringFour years of corporate finance or M&A experienceAdvanced financial modeling and valuation analysis skillsFinancial services sector knowledge and research capabilityStrong senior-level communication and presentation skillsApply strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and transaction expertise to advance RBC’s global corporate development initiatives.
