Job Responsibility:
```Duties```- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans- Provide individual and group counseling to clients, addressing a variety of social and emotional issues- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate care for clients- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, including housing, healthcare, and social services- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
```Skills```- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals- Ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans- Knowledge of social work theories, principles, and practices- Familiarity with community resources and services- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex client situations- Supervising: Ability to provide guidance and oversight to other social work staff members

Salary: $18.36-$62.99 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
