Public Sector Account Executive - Western Canada

Drive growth across public institutions as a Public Sector Account Executive at Elastic in Western Canada. Engage with CIOs and public leaders to enhance Elastic's Search AI solutions. In this strategic role, you will proactively build a greenfield pipeline across Provincial Governments, Health Authorities, and Municipalities. Your expertise will help expand Elastic's presence by fostering relationships with Director and CIO-level executives. A successful candidate will integrate technical fluency with public sector strategy to accelerate sales execution and build a significant footprint for Elastic in the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop a proactive sales pipeline
- Engage executives to establish strategic relationships
- Uncover public sector challenges using MEDDPICC frameworks
- Deliver tailored value narratives for public needs
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate sales forecasting
- 7+ years in public sector SaaS sales
- Expertise in Western Canada’s public procurement
- Ability to cultivate new client relationships
- Proficient in technical software ecosystems
- Travel within the region as needed
