Senior Business Strategy Manager - Public Sector

Lead innovative public sector strategies at Salesforce as a Senior Business Strategy Manager. Drive alignment and deliver exceptional results for C-level clients in Canada through proactive engagement and actionable roadmaps. As part of the Experience Services Competency, you will lead the Business Strategy team, focusing on C-level partnerships and shaping sector-specific strategies. In this senior managerial role, demonstrate expertise in business strategy, operational models, and value realization. Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success while enhancing Salesforce's consulting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Salesforce products during sales cycles
- Develop strategic roadmaps prioritizing customer investments
- Facilitate workshops to define operating models
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and cross-functional cooperation
- Coach team members to enhance delivery standards
- Minimum 8 years in customer-facing roles
- Strong public sector consulting experience
- Proven business development abilities with C-suite
- Experience with AI tools in delivery
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
