Business Operations Coordinator at Serco Canada

Elevate your career as a Business Operations & Growth Coordinator at Serco Canada, a key player in defense and transportation. This role offers early-career exposure to executive leadership and government relations while supporting business development. Serco Canada Inc. is searching for a proactive coordinator to assist the Managing Director and senior leadership team. This role requires an organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will engage with stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and streamline executive operations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with customer engagement and follow-up actions
Support business development through research and coordination
Maintain opportunity tracking tools and action item registers
Provide administrative support to senior leaders
Coordinate event logistics for customer engagements

Requirements:

Degree in Political Science, Business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Fluent in French and English
