Capital Projects Senior Project Manager

- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Complete detailed site inspections for trends and issues
- Manage contractor performance and invoicing reviews
- Assist in capital project planning and execution
- Implement risk management strategies in compliance with regulations
- Degree in project management, engineering, or construction management
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in facilities or project management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and property management tools
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
