Votre expertise sera mise à profit pour assurer des conseils précis à nos clients dans un format qu'ils peuvent comprendre. Key Responsibilities:
- Fournir des conseils fiscaux à l'aide de TurboImpôt
- Vérifier des déclarations de revenus pour les clients
- Gérer les demandes sur les produits et logiciels
- Documenter les interactions avec les clients
- Utiliser des ressources professionnelles pour trouver des réponses
- 2+ ans d’expérience en préparation de déclarations
- ID Rep(identificateur de représentant) de l’ARC requis
- Maîtrise des logiciels fiscaux professionnels
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler au moins 20 heures/semaine
