What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Review and process requests, including warranty-related cases
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records using internal systems
• Learn and navigate company tools and programs with confidence
• Provide clear, helpful information in both French and English
• Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communicator with a calm and professional approach
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
