Most of your day will involve handling email inquiries and reviewing requests, with only minimal phone work. What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in helping customers by reviewing requests, resolving questions, and ensuring everything is handled accurately and professionally. Your bilingual communication skills will help create a smooth and reassuring experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and process requests, including warranty-related cases
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records using internal systems
- Learn and navigate company tools and programs with confidence
- Provide clear, helpful information in both French and English
- Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communicator with a calm and professional approach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
