Become the Lead Agency Sales and Partnerships Director at Flair Airlines. Leverage your expertise to shape the travel trade strategy and drive growth in air-only revenue.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leadership position requires you to create and execute sales strategies focused on the travel agency channel. You’ll foster key partnerships and develop competitive commission incentives, all while enhancing Flair's market presence across Canadian airports. Your strategic mindset will help ensure measurable commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a national B2B sales strategy for revenue growth
• Expand Flair’s market presence in key origin cities
• Build strong relationships with travel and host agencies
• Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Set clear KPIs for agency sales performance
Requirements:
• 10+ years in airline or travel sales leadership
• Proven success in partnership development
• Knowledge of agency distribution systems
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial agreements
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Drive agency partnerships and elevate Flair Airlines' capabilities within the travel trade market.
