Nous recherchons un(e) Patroniste / Technicien(ne) en ajustement expérimenté(e), passionné(e) par la mode féminine et soucieux(se) de la qualité jusque dans les moindres détails.
Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement technique de nos collections, de la conception jusqu'à la production, en collaboration avec les équipes de design, de production et nos manufacturiers.
Vos responsabilités
✨ Concevoir les premiers patrons, les patrons de production et effectuer la gradation
✨ Préparer et maintenir les fiches techniques (Tech Packs)
✨ Participer aux essayages et formuler les commentaires techniques sur l'ajustement
✨ Vérifier les prototypes, échantillons d'ajustement, de préproduction et de production
✨ Collaborer avec les designers, l'équipe de production et les manufacturiers
✨ Résoudre les enjeux liés à l'ajustement, à la confection et aux patrons
✨ Assurer la qualité, la précision et le respect des échéanciers
✨ Gérer le développement technique complet des collections, de A à Z
Le profil recherché
✔️ Expérience comme patroniste et/ou technicien(ne) en ajustement dans le vêtement pour femmes
✔️ Excellente connaissance de la confection, de la gradation et de l'ajustement
✔️ Grand souci du détail et excellente organisation
✔️ Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
✔️ La connaissance d'un logiciel de patronage constitue un atout
✔️ Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et passion pour la mode

We're looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Fit Technician who is passionate about creating beautifully fitting garments and takes pride in every detail.
In this role, you'll own the technical development process from concept to production, working closely with our design and production teams to bring every collection to life.
What You'll Do
✨ Create first patterns, production patterns, and grading for women's apparel
✨ Develop and maintain detailed Tech Packs and garment specifications
✨ Lead fit sessions and provide technical fit comments and pattern corrections
✨ Review prototypes, fit samples, pre-production, and production samples
✨ Collaborate with designers, production teams, and overseas manufacturers
✨ Resolve construction, fit, and pattern issues while maintaining exceptional quality
✨ Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timelines throughout every stage of development
✨ Manage the complete technical process from A to Z
We're Looking For
✔️ Experience as a Pattern Maker and/or Fit Technician in women's apparel
✔️ Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, fit, and pattern development
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Experience with pattern-making software is an asset
✔️ A team player with a passion for creating beautiful products
