Institutional Grants Manager in Montreal

Join Hypertec’s Research & Development team where you will be instrumental in securing government and institutional funding. This role requires a collaborative mindset, extensive experience in grant writing, and the ability to manage various funding programs. You will work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and effective utilization of funding while developing key relationships that augment our initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities across sectors
- Lead funding application preparation and submission processes
- Manage lifecycle of funded initiatives and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with technical teams on innovation funding programs
- Monitor the funding landscape and provide actionable insights
- University degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years of experience in securing government funding
- Hands-on with Canadian non-dilutive funding programs
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
