People & Culture Coordinator in Toronto

Elevate your HR career as the People & Culture Coordinator at Upper Canada College in Toronto. This permanent, full-time role focuses on recruitment and employee engagement, supporting a positive workplace. The People & Culture Coordinator is vital to UCC's supportive HR team. In this position, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, oversee employee documentation, and ensure smooth operation of ADP Workforce Now. Your expertise will foster an inclusive and engaging environment, enhancing the overall employee experience by implementing effective operational HR processes and continuous system improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various employee groups
- Draft employment contracts and onboarding materials
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll administration during peak periods
- Generate reports for operational planning and compliance
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of HR administration experience
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, comfortable with MAC environments
