Director Canadian Mid Market Sales
Samsara
Lead Canadian mid-market sales remotely from Canada, using sales strategy and coaching to guide managers and account executives.
As Director, Mid-Market Sales at Samsara, you will lead Canadian teams selling Connected Operations Cloud solutions. The position requires complex selling experience, second-line leadership, and strong communication. You will coach managers, develop account executives, and support growth across the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach four to six sales managers on strategy and pipeline reviews
- Hire managers and account executives across the Canadian sales organization
- Create training content and support professional development plans
- Provide tactical feedback to account executives and managers
- Champion Samsara cultural principles while leading an inclusive team
Requirements:
- Ten-plus years of sales experience owning complex selling motions
- Three-plus years managing Canadian teams with second-line leadership experience
- Experience leading full-cycle sales into the Canadian market
- Strong outbound coaching and overachievement track record
- Familiarity with SFDC and data-driven conclusions
Build Canadian mid-market sales leadership at Samsara through coaching, complex selling, communication, and team development.
