Building Superintendent for Taggart Realty

Elevate tenant satisfaction as a Building Superintendent with Taggart Realty Management in Ottawa. This role includes maintenance, customer service, and oversight of building operations, available live-in or live-out. As a Building Superintendent, you will professionally address tenant inquiries and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Your responsibilities will encompass routine and emergency maintenance, system monitoring, and property inspections. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for maintaining a safe and well-kept property. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to tenants and owners
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
- Monitor building systems and maintain inspection logs
- Conduct regular inspections of property and grounds
- High school diploma required; trade certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or superintendent role
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean record required
